One resume in. A brief out.
Drop in your resume and watch Marshal draft your brief: what you do, your level, what you're good at, the results that prove it, and where to look. You check it once. Everything else it does starts from here.
Your email and phone fill application forms. They never reach an AI.

Every few hours, it walks the route for you.
Marshal reads employers' own career pages, where jobs often appear first, plus the job boards that allow it. The sites that need your login (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Wellfound and the rest) already email you their alerts: forward them to your private Marshal address and every job in them is read too.
Each job links to the original. Nothing is scraped from behind a login, and no password ever leaves you.

Not a vague match score. The reasons.
Marshal reads the whole ad against your experience: what fits, what's missing and how to answer it, and whether you can even take the job from where you live. Visa-only and wrong-country roles are flagged before they waste your evening.
Free week: our own keyword engine ranks every job with its reasons. Pro: the AI reads each ad in full.
- 6 years of Python; they ask for 4+
- Kafka and AWS, both named in the ad
- Bengaluru, hybrid: inside your area
- Rust, which your resume doesn't show
- Say how you'd ramp up: your Go work is the bridge.
An application for each one. You press Submit.
For the jobs worth it, Marshal rewrites your resume in the job's language (every line traces back to your real experience) and drafts the cover note and the message to the recruiter.
Then the browser extension fills the form on any site: Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, a company's own page. It marks what only you can answer, and stops there.

It remembers to follow up. You don't have to.
Every job you save or apply to moves along your tracker. A week of silence and Marshal drafts the follow-up; an interview and it preps you with the questions they're likely to ask, answered from your own story.

- I
It never applies for you
Bots that fire off hundreds of applications get you blacklisted by recruiters. Marshal fills the form; you read it and press Submit.
- II
It never logs in as you
No LinkedIn or Naukri password, ever. You forward the alerts those sites already send you.
- III
It never invents experience
Every line it writes traces back to your real resume. Gaps are named honestly, with a way to answer them.
- IV
It never renews by itself
A free week, then a pass for a week, a month or three. When it ends, it ends. There's nothing to cancel.
No passwords anywhere: you sign in with a code we email you.
Laid off, switching, or just starting out.
It reads your resume the way a good recruiter in your field would, whatever that field is.
Clients, not job ads. Same agent.
- Real client requests. Clients' own “Seeking freelancer” posts on Hacker News, contract roles, and the Upwork and Freelancer alerts you forward.
- Your rate, respected. Set your minimum once. Work that pays less is flagged, and every score says why it's worth pitching, or not.
- Proposals from your real work. Written for each client. Agencies write as “we”. Prices stay yours: it never makes one up.
- Pitch, then follow up. It finds the address in the post or on their site, opens the email in your own Gmail and drafts the follow-ups.
“Hi Sam, I built a similar booking flow for a clinic last spring. Here's how I'd scope your MVP in three milestones, so you see it working in week two…”
A free week. Then pay only while you search.
A job hunt ends, so after your free week it's a pass for a week, a month or three months. It never renews by itself.
See it work before you pay: every job that fits, ranked by our keyword engine with its reasons, a morning digest, your forwarded alerts and the tracker. No card needed. Then a pass keeps it going.

Good questions.
01Where do the jobs come from?+
Employers' own career pages (thousands of companies publish their openings on Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, Workable and others), job boards that allow it, and the job alerts you forward from LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Wellfound and the rest. Every job links to the original.
02Does it apply to jobs for me?+
It does everything except press Submit. The browser extension fills the whole application on any site: your details, your resume, and AI-written answers. You check it and press Submit, because bots that submit hundreds of applications get blacklisted by recruiters and banned by job sites.
03What's free?+
Your first week, with no card. It ranks every job with our own keyword engine and explains each match, sends a morning digest, reads your forwarded job alerts, writes outreach templates and tracks your applications. After that, a pass keeps it going. Pro adds the AI: scores with reasons, tailored resumes, application packs and interview prep.
04I'm a freelancer (or we're an agency). Does it find clients?+
Yes. Choose “Clients” when you set up and it looks for client work instead of jobs: people asking for help on Hacker News, contract and part-time roles, and the Upwork or Freelancer alerts you forward. It checks the budget against your rate, writes the proposal and the email, and reminds you to follow up. It never sends anything for you.
05Will it work for my profession?+
Yes. It reads any resume, from nursing to accounting to engineering. In fields with fewer online listings, forwarding your job alerts makes the biggest difference.
06What happens to my resume?+
We keep it so the extension can attach it to your applications. Before anything goes to an AI provider, your email address and phone number are taken out (on Pro, under paid terms that don't allow training on it). You can delete everything at any time.
07How does paying work?+
Pro is a pass for a week, a month or three months, paid once by UPI, card or net banking. It never renews by itself, so there's nothing to cancel.
Your next job is out there. Let Marshal plot the route.
Upload your resume and see your brief, then your first matches, in minutes. Your first week is free, then from ₹49 a week.
