A Pro pass is a one-time payment for a week, a month or three months. It doesn't renew automatically and we never charge you again unless you buy another pass. When it ends new matches and alerts pause, and you keep everything you saved.

Refunds

• Charged twice, or charged but still without your pass? Write to us with the payment reference and we'll fix it or refund it in full the same working day.
• Passes start working the moment you pay, so they aren't refundable once bought. That's why there's a 1-week pass: try Pro cheaply before you buy a longer one.

How

Ask in the help chat, or email [email protected] from the address on your Marshal account. Refunds go back the way you paid, through Razorpay. Banks usually take 5–7 working days to show them.

Delivery

Marshal is an online service. A pass starts working the moment the payment goes through, and the receipt arrives by email. Nothing is shipped.
