Terms of service

The service

Marshal finds job openings that may suit you, scores them against your profile, writes application material you ask for, and keeps track of your applications. You decide where to apply, and you apply yourself on the employer's site.

Your account

You must be 18 or older and use your own email address. Keep access to that inbox safe: anyone who can read it can sign in. One account per person.

What we can and can't promise

• We can't promise interviews or a job. Hiring decisions are the employer's.
• Job listings come from employers and job sites; we don't control them and they may close or change without notice.
• Scores and application packs are written by AI from what you give us. Read and correct them before you use them: you are responsible for what you send.

Fair use

Don't misuse the service: no automated access, reselling, scraping, uploading someone else's resume without permission, or sending us anything unlawful. Plans have the limits shown on the pricing page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Payments

Pro is sold as a pass for a fixed period, paid once through Razorpay. Prices include applicable taxes. Passes don't renew by themselves. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Your content

Your resume and everything we write from it stay yours. You let us use them only to run the service for you, as our privacy policy explains.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time. We may end the service with 30 days' notice and refund unused time on any pass.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
