About us
A job search that does the legwork
Marshal is an AI job agent. You upload your resume once. It looks through employers' own career pages and your job alerts every few hours, scores every opening against your experience, writes a tailored application for the ones worth your time, and keeps track of every application until you hear back.
What we believe
- Real jobs, straight from employers. Openings come from companies' own hiring pages, and every job you bring is checked for the signs of a scam.
- Fewer, better applications. We never apply for you or press Submit. Mass applying gets people ignored; a tailored application to the right job gets interviews.
- Your details stay yours. Your email and phone fill application forms and are never shown to an AI. You can delete your account, and everything in it, at any time.
- Fair prices. A free week, then a pass for a week, a month or three months. Passes never renew by themselves.
Who runs it
Marshal is built and run in India.
