Application packs and interview prep
A tailored summary, resume points, cover note, recruiter message and answers, built only from your resume.
An application pack for one job has:
- why you fit it, in two sentences;
- a professional summary tailored to the job;
- 5–7 resume points rewritten in the job's language, each showing the line of your resume it came from;
- the words from the ad to work into your resume;
- a cover note (under 180 words) and a short message for the recruiter or hiring manager;
- answers to the questions the application is likely to ask;
- the gaps they may ask about, and an honest way to address each.
It never invents anything. Every point comes from your resume. If the job asks for something your resume doesn't show, it goes under "watch-outs", not into a bullet. Where it needs something only you know (notice period, salary expectation), it leaves a placeholder like [your notice period]. Read it and make it yours before you send it.
Interview prep appears once a job is at Screening, Interview or Offer: what the role really is, 8 likely questions with why they're asked and how to answer, stories from your experience to have ready, questions to ask them and a checklist.
We don't apply for you. Mass auto-applying gets people ignored by recruiters (and banned on some sites). You apply on the employer's page with a much better application.
Application packs and interview prep come with Pro: 40 packs and 15 preps a month, from a 1-week pass.
