Getting started

How it works

Upload your resume once. Every day you get the jobs that fit you, why they fit, and a ready application.

  1. Upload your resume (PDF or Word). It works out what you do, how senior you are, your skills and where you can work, for any profession: engineers, nurses, teachers, accountants, sales, design, operations and more.
  2. Check what it read. Fix anything that's off, add the job titles you want, where you'd work and whether you want remote. This decides where it looks and what counts as a fit.
  3. Matches arrive. It searches job boards and employers' own career pages every few hours. A free keyword check looks at every job; the promising ones get a full match score from 0 to 100, with the reasons and the gaps.
  4. Apply well, not often. For any job, one click writes an application pack: a summary and resume points tailored to that job (only from what's really on your resume), a cover note, a message for the recruiter and answers to likely questions. You apply on the employer's site yourself.
  5. Track it. Move each job through Saved → Applied → Interview → Offer. When you reach an interview, it prepares you for it. A week after you apply, it reminds you to follow up.

You get your best matches by email: every morning. On Pro, a great match (85+ by default) emails you the moment it appears. Your free week ranks jobs with our keyword check; Pro adds the AI's score, the application packs and interview prep.
