Getting started

Apply from anywhere: your phone and the extension

Share any job from your phone; the extension fills the application on any site with AI. You press Submit.

On your phone. Open the app in your phone's browser and add it to your home screen (Chrome: menu → Install app; Safari: Share → Add to Home Screen). Then, on any job (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, a WhatsApp group, a careers page), press Share and pick the app.

  • Pages anyone can open (company careers pages, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and most others) are read and scored, and your application is written straight away.
  • Sites that need your login (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Instagram…) can't be read from our side. The job waits for your laptop instead, or paste the description to score it now.
  • Apply on my laptop on any job sends it to your laptop.

On your laptop. The Chrome extension (Settings → Autofill) does the applying:

  • Fill this application works on any form: Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, Workable, iCIMS, Google Forms, a company's own site. Your name, email, phone and links are filled from your browser (they never reach us). Your resume is attached. Every other question is answered from your profile, your resume and the job's application pack (by the AI on Pro).
  • Questions only you should answer (date of birth, gender, ID numbers, consent boxes) are never filled: they're outlined in orange. So is anything required that it couldn't answer.
  • For multi-page forms (Workday), press Fill with Marshal on each page.
  • From your phone in the extension lists the jobs you sent. One click opens it and fills it once it loads.
  • It never presses Submit. Check everything, then submit it yourself.

Still stuck? Ask in the chat (bottom right). It knows your account, and hands you to a person when it should.
