Not seeing matches?

• Just signed up? The first matches arrive within an hour, and more over the first day, as searches run.
• Job titles too narrow or unusual? Add the 2–5 titles recruiters actually use (e.g. "Staff Nurse", "ICU Nurse", "Registered Nurse"), in Settings → Your profile.
• Remote only? That narrows things a lot outside tech. Choose "Remote or on-site" if you'd consider on-site work in your city.
• Your country and where you can work: jobs you can't take from where you are are capped at 40 and hidden. Check "Based in" and "Can work in" in your profile.
• In your free week: only 3 jobs a day get a full score; the rest wait as "Not scored yet".
• Few jobs in your field? Forward your LinkedIn, Naukri or Indeed alerts: they cover every profession and city.
